As a Sales Development Manager at Brand Metrics, you will play a crucial part in driving growth and adoption of our SaaS platform within the media industry. Your main responsibility will be to create sales opportunities, educate prospect about our solution and facilitate closing deals.

Brand Metrics offers a unique research software solution designed to continuously and consistently measure the effect that digital campaigns have on advertisers’ key brand metrics. We work with some of the top publishers in the world, including The New York Times, Schibsted, Financial Times, Bloomberg, The Guardian, Dow Jones, and many more.

Your responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify prospecting list of decision makers in target accounts
  • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking with ideal- fit customers
  • Follow up and engage with prospects (including C-suite/Directors)
  • Manage relationships with existing clients
  • Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
  • Research your prospect’s coworkers to find other stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our platform
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts
  • Collaborate with publishers to understand their advertising data requirements and educate them on the benefits of our SaaS platform
  • Work closely with the marketing team on targeted marketing campaigns, including webinars, whitepapers, and case studies, to generate leads and raise awareness among publishers

What you'll need

  • Some experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry or within the publishing sector
  • Some understanding of the publishing industry and familiarity with advertising data measurement and ROI analysis
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including publishers, advertisers, and internal teams
  • Persistent, self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
