As a Customer Success Analyst at Brand Metrics, you will play a crucial part in the CS team supporting growth and adoption of our SaaS platform within our NA and APAC client base. Your main responsibility will be to utilize your excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding support to clients. You will work side by side with the Director of Customer Success to tag-team client requests and day-to-day tasks.

This is a full-time remote position that is preferably located on the West Coast of the States to work PST hours to support North America as well as Australia and other APAC clients. For the right candidate, other locations will be considered.

Your responsibilities

  • Become a partner to our customers by building and maintaining strong relationships to better understand their business needs and maximize client value
  • Understand the Brand Metrics suite of solutions and apply that knowledge to addressing client requests
  • Identify new areas of opportunity within client base and bring them to fruition
  • Facilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers to encourage growth, adoption, and value creation in response to client inquiries and requests
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on results

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication both verbal or written, consistent follow-through, and a sense of accountability
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing changes in work tasks; adjusting effectively to an ever-changing industry
  • Effective time management skills to ensure work is completed efficiently on time
  • Experience collaborating with others and maintaining positive relationships in complex situations
  • A willingness to learn is necessary

A plus if you also have

  • Experience with online advertising methods and technologies as they relate to advertising campaign measurement
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, Teams add-in capabilities, or proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to interpret results when presenting data to key stakeholders and decision-makers
