This is a great opportunity to join our rapidly growing team. Brand Metrics offers unlimited brand lift measurements to media owners in a SaaS platform with increasing adoption across Europe.

Our clients are some of the biggest publishers, media and news brands. We need your help to make sure they are successful in demonstrating the business values they bring to advertisers. This is what brand lift measurements are about.


The role: Customer success executive

You will be joining our client success team. That means talking to clients every day and helping them to run measurements and interpret the outcomes. It also involves working closely with the Brand Metrics product team to help enhance the technology in line with customer demands.


Who are we?

Brand Metrics operate out of Stockholm, Göteborg and London, serving digital media owners primarily in Europe but also US and Africa.

Brand Metrics’ platform lets media owners report the extend to which advertising in their platforms lead to increased brand awareness, brand attitudes and action and then to compare this to an extensive set of benchmarks.

At its core this is market research that is underpinned by automation and algorithms, that allows the measurement of brand lift at scale, across all forms of digital advertising – display, branded content, video, etc.


Who are you?

You enjoy working in a small, cheerful and agile team in the middle of the dynamic digital media industry. You also love solving problems and developing customer relationships. You have some experience from relevant work field (e.g. ad ops, analytics, SaaS tech support).

The job is by nature very international. That means you have to be fluent and comfortable in English. Other language skills are a bonus. Video conferences is an everyday habit but travelling and sometimes working hours that serves other time-zones comes with the job.

Technically you don’t have to be a programmer, but basic understanding of relevant infrastructure, such as cookies, ad servers, javascript-tagging is required. Experience from the tech-stacks involved in digital advertising is a strong advantage.

About the job

It starts as soon as possible. Ideally you would spend 6-8 weeks in Göteborg and then potentially relocate to London. Remaining in Göteborg or relocating to Stockholm are also viable options. This is a full-time office job with a fixed salary, good employee benefits and fantastic colleagues.
